Heinz Kundert

Chairperson of the Board

Heinz Kundert has a successful track record in the global semiconductor and related industries with senior positions at Oerlikon-Buehrle (later renamed Unaxis AG). Between 2015 and 2018, Heinz Kundert was CEO of VAT Group AG which he transformed into a publicly listed company.

Rolf Lanz

Vice Chairperson of the Board, Chair of the Nomination & Compensation Committee

Since 2000, Dr. Rolf Lanz has been a Managing Partner at CGS Management AG, Pfäffikon. Previously, he was CEO of Medosan Holding AG, Schwerzenbach. His earlier career in finance and administration includes senior positions at certain subsidiaries of Zürcher Ziegeleien, Zurich.

Beatrix Natter

Non-executive independent member, Member of the Nomination & Compensation Committee

Since 2022, Beatrix Natter has worked as transmission business strategy consultant. From 2020 to 2022, she was Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Transmission division at Siemens Energy AG, Erlangen. Previously, she served as EVP of Transmission Products at Siemens AG, Erlangen. Before that, she was VP of the business unit transformers at Siemens AG, Nuremberg.

Gregor Greber

Non-executive independent member, Member of the Audit & Risk Committee

Since 2021, Gregor Greber has been an independent entrepreneur, investor or Board member. Previously, he was Senior Partner at Veraison Capital which he co-founded in 2014. He is also the founder of zCapital and zRating. His previous career in banking and finance includes executive roles at Bank am Bellevue, Lombard Odier, Deutsche Bank and UBS.

Andreas Leutenegger

Non-executive independent member, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee

Andreas Leutenegger is an entrepreneur, investor and Board member. Between 2019 and 2020, he acted as CFO of Amann Girrbach AG. From 2015 to 2019, Mr. Leutenegger was CFO of VAT Group AG which he transformed into a public company. Previous roles include senior finance positions at Holcim Group. He is also Board member of avasis AG, Berneck.

Markus Laesser has many years of international experience working as CEO and in other executive positions in general management. He worked for companies such as IBM, Microsoft, T-Systems, Datwyler & OC Oerlikon. He has steered several business units through structured transformations & change processes into customer-oriented organisations.

Matthias P. Weibel

CFO R&S Group Holding AG

Dr Matthias P. Weibel has many years of international experience and a proven track record in corporate finance and international management. He has worked for ABB, FAES Group & Raiffeisen. Since 2011, member of the Swissmem Council. Since 2017, member of the Board of Directors of Durrer Spezialmaschinen AG, Immensee.

Since 2022, Dr. Axel Kirchner has been a member of the Extended Group Management Team at R&S International Holding AG. He previously worked for Targus Management Consulting AG and as founder & CEO of enXion Management Consulting. He has many years of experience in the area of operational improvements in engineering and infrastructure companies.

Ulrich Voss

CSO R&S International Holding AG

Since 2023, Ulrich Voss has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. Prior to that, he worked for SGB SMIT GmbH, SGB Regensburg Medium Power Transformers, Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia, Siemens Transformer Business and Siemens Industry.

Rolf Fluri

CTO R&S International Holding AG

Since 2015, Rolf Fluri has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. He previously worked for Trench Switzerland AG, a former subsidiary of Siemens Schweiz AG. He has many years of experience in the energy sector. Member of IEC working groups IEC TC10/MT22 and IEC TC38/JWG56 and member of IEEE Switzerland Section.

Valentin Salzgeber

Since 2018, Valentin Salzgeber has been a member of the extended Group Management Team at R&S International Holding AG. Previously, he worked in various companies in different industries (Pharma, Metal Industries, Aerospace) and has more than 20 years experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Stefan Vegh

Managing Director Rauscher & Stoecklin AG

Since 2021, Stefan Vegh has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. Previously, he worked for R&S Group as Group Business Controller and Deputy CFO, as well as Group Project Manager Sales and Head of International Area Sales Manager. He started his career in the banking sector.

Grzegorz Sołtysiak

Managing Director ZREW Transformatory S.A.

Since 2018, Grzegorz Sołtysiak has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. He is an experienced manager with over 20 years of experience in the power and transformer industry. He previously worked for ABB in the Power Electronic business unit and Distribution Transformers product group.

Stephanie Leonard

Joining the extended Management team at R&S International Holding AG in 2024, after the R&S acquisition of Kyte Powertech. Stephanie Leonard is an experienced manager with over 15 years in the transformer industry in 2024, having held COO, Managing Director & CEO positions as a Private Equity backed company (Kyte Powertech).

Leonard Płonka

Since 2017 Leonard Płonka has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. Leonard has previous 14 years of experience in automotive industry with roles including Program Management of global product launches as well as production management and engineering roles in other industries.
