Heinz Kundert

Chairperson of the Board

Heinz Kundert has a successful track record in the global semiconductor and related industries with senior positions at Oerlikon-Buehrle (later renamed Unaxis AG). Between 2015 and 2018, Heinz Kundert was CEO of VAT Group AG which he transformed into a publicly listed company.

Dr. Monika Krüsi

Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors, Member of the Technology Committee

Since 2003, Dr. Monika Krüsi is Partner at MKP Consulting AG, advising industrial and network clients. Formerly with McKinsey & Co. and Venture Incubator Partners, with a strong background in strategy, operations, and technology-focused investments.

Dr. Beatrix Natter

Non-executive independent member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Technology Committee, Member of the Nomination & Compensation Committee

Since 2022, Dr. Beatrix Natter has worked as transmission business strategy consultant. From 2020 to 2022, she was Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Transmission division at Siemens Energy AG, Erlangen. Previously, she served as EVP of Transmission Products at Siemens AG, Erlangen. Before that, she was VP of the business unit transformers at Siemens AG, Nuremberg.

Déborah Carlson-Burkart

Non-executive independent member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Nomination & Compensation Committee, Member of the Audit & Risk Committee

Déborah Carlson-Burkart is a member of the Board of Directors of various companies and an attorney at Eversheds Sutherland. She previously held various management positions at Strategy, USA, Alstom, Switzerland and Rothschild Group, Switzerland and Italy. Since 2022, she has been a guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, HSG and the Swiss Board School.

Andreas Leutenegger

Non-executive independent member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee

Andreas Leutenegger is an entrepreneur, investor and Board member. Between 2019 and 2020, he acted as CFO of Amann Girrbach AG. From 2015 to 2019, Mr. Leutenegger was CFO of VAT Group AG which he transformed into a public company. Previous roles include senior finance positions at Holcim Group. He is also Board member of avasis AG, Berneck.

Eduardo Terzi’s experience spans more than two decades in the transformer and energy industries, including his recent tenure as CEO of the global transformer business at Siemens Energy. Throughout his career, he has led many business transformations, entered new markets and has driven multiple performance improvement initiatives in large corporations such as Siemens Energy, Siemens AG and Motorola.

Dr. Matthias P. Weibel

CFO R&S Group Holding AG

Dr. Matthias P. Weibel has many years of international experience and a proven track record in corporate finance and international management. He has worked for ABB, FAES Group & Raiffeisen. Since 2011, member of the Swissmem Council. Since 2017, member of the Board of Directors of Durrer Spezialmaschinen AG, Immensee.

Dr. Axel Kirchner

Since 2022, Dr. Axel Kirchner has been a member of the Extended Group Management Team at R&S International Holding AG. He previously worked for Targus Management Consulting AG and as founder & CEO of enXion Management Consulting. He has many years of experience in the area of operational improvements in engineering and infrastructure companies.

Ulrich Voss

CSO R&S International Holding AG

Since 2023, Ulrich Voss has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. Prior to that, he worked for SGB SMIT GmbH, SGB Regensburg Medium Power Transformers, Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia, Siemens Transformer Business and Siemens Industry.

Beda Brülhart

General Counsel R&S International Holding AG

Since 2025, Beda Brülhart has been a member of the extended Group Management Team of R&S International Holding AG. Previously, he worked as a corporate lawyer in various industries (financial industry, ICT, automotive supply) and has over 20 years of experience in building and managing compliance management systems.

Stefan Vegh

Managing Director Rauscher & Stoecklin

Since 2021, Stefan Vegh has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. Previously, he worked for R&S Group as Group Business Controller and Deputy CFO, as well as Group Project Manager Sales and Head of International Area Sales Manager. He started his career in the banking sector.

Stephanie Leonard

Managing Director Kyte Powertech

Joining the extended Management team at R&S International Holding AG in 2024, after the R&S acquisition of Kyte Powertech. Stephanie Leonard is an experienced manager with over 15 years in the transformer industry in 2024, having held COO, Managing Director & CEO positions as a Private Equity backed company (Kyte Powertech).

Grzegorz Sołtysiak

Since 2018, Grzegorz Sołtysiak has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. He is an experienced manager with over 20 years of experience in the power and transformer industry. He previously worked for ABB in the Power Electronic business unit and Distribution Transformers product group.

Since 2017, Matteo Angiolini has been a member of the extended Group Management team at R&S International Holding AG. He is an experienced manager with over 15 years of experience in the electricity and transformer industry. Previously, he was Managing Director at Tesar Polska and Investment Manager at Tesar Italy.
