Disconnectors and Earthing Switches for Avacon Netz
Plzeň, Czech Republic, July 2022 – R&S SERW will manufacture and deliver a total of 47 high voltage horizontal disconnectors and 10 earthing switches. The products will be supplied for Avacon Netz GmbH to the substation Mehringen in Germany. This is another delivery by SERW for this German network operator.

Details of ordered devices:
- 123 kV 3-phase horizontal disconnectors with/without earthing switches (47 pcs)
- 123 kV 3-phase earthing switches (10 pcs)
The entire project will be implemented in one stage. The successful execution of the supply will depend on proper production planning combined with accurate coordination of sub-suppliers. In order to fulfill all terms of the contract, R&S SERW will also use the new assembly line of disconnectors and drives.
