110 kV Disconnectors and Earthing Switches for Substation Lehrte-Ahlten in Germany
Plzeň, Czech Republic, September 2020 – For the end-user Avacon Netz GmbH, R&S SERW will manufacture a total of 59 high voltage disconnectors and 9 earthing switches. The products will be delivered to the substation Lehrte-Ahlten in Germany.
The substation Lehrte-Ahlten is located in the East of Hannover. The 110 kV and 220 kV plant is an important node in the German interconnected grid. The Mehrum and Landesbergen power stations and the City of Hannover are connected to the substation.
Some specifications of the project:
- 36 pcs 110 kV, 1250 A, 40 kA/1s horizontal disconnectors
- 8 pcs 110 kV, 2500 A, 40 kA/1s horizontal disconnectors
- 15 pcs 110 kV, 4000 A, 40 kA/1s horizontal disconnectors
- 9 pcs 110 kV, 40 kA/1s earthing switches
- Order placed in August 2020
- Delivery in December 2020 and October 2021
The disconnectors and earthing switches will be delivered in two stages. In the first stage a total of 7 trucks will be loaded. In the second stage the rest of the products will be loaded onto 5 trucks.
