{"id":14677,"date":"2021-07-30T10:10:52","date_gmt":"2021-07-30T10:10:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/the-rsgroup.com\/?p=14677"},"modified":"2024-06-07T15:06:11","modified_gmt":"2024-06-07T15:06:11","slug":"rs-zrew-supports-green-energy-generation-with-transformer-delivery-to-hydropower-plant-in-roznow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/the-rsgroup.com\/fr\/rs-zrew-supports-green-energy-generation-with-transformer-delivery-to-hydropower-plant-in-roznow\/","title":{"rendered":"ZREW supports green energy generation with transformer delivery to hydropower plant in Ro\u017cn\u00f3w"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #5587c8;\">\u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Poland, July 2021<\/span> <span style=\"color: #5587c8;\">&#8211; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/the-rsgroup.com\/rs-zrew\/\">ZREW<\/a> has produced and delivered another <a href=\"https:\/\/the-rsgroup.com\/products\/transformers\/power-transformers\/\">transformer<\/a> for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tauron-ekoenergia.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TAURON Ekoenergia sp. z o.o.<\/a> A 16 MVA unit has been installed and commissioned in hydropower plant (HPP) in Ro\u017cn\u00f3w.<\/p>\n<p>HPP Ro\u017cn\u00f3w, having four independent hydro unit generators with 14.5 MW rated power each, is located in the southern part of Poland on the Dunajec river. A dam and power plant construction was finished there in the 1940\u2019s. This project protected the neighbouring area from frequent dangerous floods.<\/p>\n<p>This is already the third unit delivered to HPP Ro\u017cn\u00f3w by ZREW. Two previous units were installed and commissioned in recent years. There are further plans to modernise a fourth power block, and the delivery of new a transformer is expected to take place by the end of this year.<\/p>\n<p>Order details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transformer specification: 16 MVA (121\/6.3KV) with off-load voltage regulation<\/li>\n<li>Place of delivery: HPP Ro\u017cn\u00f3w<\/li>\n<li>Scope of work: production and delivery of new transformer; on-site assembly, adaptation of preliminary and secondary circuits, including instrument transformers and surge arresters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #5587c8;\">About HPP Ro\u017cn\u00f3w (TAURON Ekoenergia sp. z o.o.)<\/span><br \/>\nHPP Ro\u017cn\u00f3w is part of the HPP group \u2013 Elektrownie Wodne Krak\u00f3w, which includes (on top of Ro\u017cn\u00f3w itself) five other hydropower plants. All HPPs are owned and maintained by TAURON Ekoenergia, part of one of the largest Polish energy groups \u2013 TAURON.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #5587c8;\">About ZREW<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #333333;\">ZREW is part of the Swiss-based R&amp;S Group, a leading provider in selected niches for power products.
