In 2021, the Swiss company made its first installation for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sncf-reseau.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SNCF R\u00e9seau<\/a> &#8211; the main operator of the French national rail network &#8211; and successfully attended the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sifer-expo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SIFER<\/a> trade show.<\/p>\n<p>The order from SNCF R\u00e9seau is a part of the electrification of the railway line from Gretz to Nogent. Rauscher &amp; Stoecklin supplied SNCF R\u00e9seau with two bipolar <a href=\"https:\/\/the-rsgroup.com\/products\/switches\/railway-electrification\/\">switch disconnectors<\/a>, type FHV-B3-25\/S with type MFL250 electric control at 48 Vdc to be tested them on SNCF R\u00e9seau\u2019s rail network. The devices were installed in April 2021 in La Sucrerie substation, and commissioned &#8211; few months later in the presence of engineers from SNCF\u2019s TE department, Rauscher &amp; Stoecklin and local partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocs2.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OCS2<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The installation will be monitored in service for over a year. If no significant anomaly is observed SNCF RESEAU will issue a technical approval of the product at the end of this test period.<\/p>\n<p>This was not the only cooperation between Rauscher &amp; Stoecklin and OCS2 in recent months.<\/p>\n<p>Both companies participated at SIFER on 26-28 October, 2021 in Lille, France.\u00a0 SIFER is France\u2019s premier rail industry event, bringing together suppliers and manufacturers of the very latest in railway technology, products, and services.<\/p>\n<p>Rauscher &amp; Stoecklin exhibited a load break switch (LBS), type FHV-B3-25\/S for powering catenaries with an interactive demonstration of its operation.
