He superseded Mike Lauper (60) who will remain in the company as a consultant.<\/p>\n<p>Dirk Soete has broad international experience, having lived and worked in multiple countries and locations such as Germany, USA, Philippines and China. He brings to the group a vast experience &#8211; both operational and managerial &#8211; in the electrical industry especially in the transformers business. Having started as an electrical designer in 1992, Dirk Soete then moved over via sales and business development to P&amp;L responsibility for complete global transformer operations.<\/p>\n<p>As new Group CEO, Dirk Soete will take the responsibility to lead the Group to its vision of being a leading provider of electrical infrastructure products in key markets around the world.
