The transformer successfully passed the short circuit test in the high power laboratory of CESI in Milan and will now be installed at <a href=\"https:\/\/home.cern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CERN<\/a> in Switzerland. Over the past 20 years, <a href=\"https:\/\/the-rsgroup.com\/tesar\">Tesar<\/a> has supplied more than 200 transformers to the scientific research centre.<\/p>\n<p>A 9 MVA transformer from Tesar will be installed at CERN, Switzerland.
