For a stable and secure power supply, transformers are a key component. Rauscher & Stoecklin is proud to supply the transformers<\/a> and switchboards<\/a> for what is currently the largest building construction project in Switzerland.<\/p>\n

THE CIRCLE is a new complex of buildings within walking distance of the terminals of Zurich airport. It offers a variety of businesses and lifestyle amenities, culture and entertainment, hotels and conference facilities, education, and healthcare. To make sure uninterrupted power supply is given, Rauscher & Stoecklin<\/a> was chosen to supply their transformers as well as their switchboards of Swiss-quality standard.<\/p>\n

Some specifications regarding the project:
\n\u2022 Completion by the end of 2019
\n\u2022 180.000 sqm of floorspace
\n\u2022 A total of 17 transformers
\n\u2022 ECO+ series for high efficiency
\n\u2022 140 HVAC sub-distributors and 40 HVAC main switchboards
\n\u2022 Transport and installation included<\/p>\n

For the project, transformers of the ECO+ series are being used, which convinced the customer of their efficiency, dimensions and long lifespan. The first batch of transformers was already delivered last December. The rest will follow throughout this year. With the partner, Michel Krantrans GmbH, the upcoming tasks will be carried out punctually and with the highest standards of quality.<\/p>\n
