Benefits that speak for themselves

Cut your retrofit costs
To keep the workload minimal during replacement projects in existing substations, R&S can supply disconnectors with the exact same connection points as the installed devices. We can also rebuild or overhaul devices in third-party manufacturers’ discontinued product lines. We would like to deliver our 38.5 kV disconnectors as a standard product for the end customer Ørsted A/S. R&S SERW not only delivers high-quality products including after-sale service but also provides on-site training for the local workers.

We tailor our solutions to you
We offer our disconnectors and circuit breakers in single-pole, double-pole or three-pole variants. The switches are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. If none of our standard solutions meet your requirements, we also offer custom-made products.

Disconnector outdoor design
- Single-pole, double-pole or three-pole versions- Clearly visible disconnection between two circuits in the network
- Knife-type design

Disconnector indoor design
- Single-pole, double-pole or three-pole versions- Clearly visible disconnection between two circuits in the network
- Knife-type design

Circuit breaker outdoor design
- Switches operating currents and low overload currents, plus (in the event of network failures) high overload currents and short-circuit currents- Maintains the residual currents for a given period of time and then switches off safely
- Equipped with a spring mechanism
- Single-pole, two-pole and three-pole design

Circuit breaker indoor design
- Switches operating currents and low overload currents, plus (in the event of network failures) high overload currents and short-circuit currents- Maintains the residual currents for a given period of time and then switches off safely
- Equipped with a spring mechanism
- Single-pole, two-pole and three-pole design

Earthing switches
- Used to earth the residual charge after the line is disconnected from the source- Single-pole and three-pole versions available

Motor drives
- Local, remote and manual control- Anti-corrosion heating
- Mounted directly on the frame, on a special table or on the front of the cell
- Control voltage: 230 V AC, 220 V DC, 110 V DC, 60 V DC
- Motor voltage: 400 V AC, 230 V AC, 110 V DC, 220 V DC
- On / off / intermediate / advanced signalling
