Low loss power transformers for Latvia
Łódź, Poland, August 2019 – ZREW Transformatory will supply 8 low loss power transformers for AS Augstsprieguma tikls (AST), an independent transmission system operator in the Republic of Latvia, which provides electric power transmission network services and ensures the balance and stability within the transmission networks.
It is not the first order that ZREW received from the Latvian company. ZREW has already delivered 4 transformers for AST in 2018 and the beginning of this year. Due to high customer satisfaction, ZREW got another contract with the Latvian company and will deliver 8 further transformers in 2019 and 2020.
Some specifications about the project:
• Substation Dobele – 1 transformer 16 MVA (115/21/10,5 kV)
• Substation Kegums – 1 transformer 10 MVA (115/21/6,3 kV)
• Substation Tukums – 2 transformers 20 MVA (115/21 kV)
• Substation Vilaka – 2 transformers 6,3 MVA (115/21 kV)
• Substation Milgravis – 2 transformers 25 MVA (115/10,5/6,3 kV)
