Two power transformers supplied and in operation at 110 kV substation in Estonia
Łódź, Poland, February 2022 – R&S ZREW has produced and delivered two 16 MVA power transformers for end user Enefit Connect OÜ. Transformers have been installed and are in operation at Riisipere, Estonia. For R&S ZREW, this is the first supply to this country, but over recent years, the company has completed many orders to other Baltics – Lithuania and Latvia.
The delivery in cooperation with ENERGEL Estonia OÜ was finalized in September 2021, transformers are energized and in operation.
“This is the first delivery of transformers from R&S ZREW to Estonia, but we are impressed with the quality provided by ZREW. The entire process from design, production, testing and delivery was carried out with the utmost care, transformers present the highest quality, which is confirmed by the end customer and the installation company” – Tarmo Vispansuu, general manager of ENERGEL Estonia OÜ said.
